Department: Sales Department
Location(One person each): Lucknow, Ahmedabad or Baroda, Mumbai
Education: M.Sc. in Chemistry/Biochemistry/Analytical Chemistry or MTech (Biotechnology) or equivalent or B.Sc. in chemistry
Experience: 4-5 years of experience in sales of sophisticated analytical lab instruments or laboratory consumables
Age: 25 - 40 years
Job Description:
- To promote Swiss & Japanese sophisticated lab equipment for chromatography. Our brands are already well-established in the Indian market since 1978.
- Able to meet sales goals with team effort.
- Fluent in English.
- Capable of making presentations at seminars and demonstration of equipment.
- Suitable in-depth hands-on training will be provided.
- Willing to travel extensively.
- Salary range from Rs.25K+ per month plus incentives. This range can go higher depending on qualifications. Strong incentives package for high achieving individuals.
- Onsite Training in CAMAG, Switzerland possible for high achievers.
Other facilities:
- Phone, SIM card, a suitable Laptop and monthly data package will be provided by company and paid directly by the Company.
- Robust tour allowance policy with DA for each day on tour.
- Everyone gets covered under Provident Fund plan. PF provides more security for future due to savings and investment.
- Each employee is covered under medical insurance plan with a coverage of 2 lac per person.
- Compensatory off is provided for each day of work on a holiday. 10 public holidays + 2nd and 4th Saturday are off. Between 14-35 paid holidays off depending on seniority in the Company.
- You will be eligible for interest free loan from the Company after completion of 2 years of service as per company policy.
- Suitable dress allowances each year after confirmation.
