Job Title: Senior Analytical Chemist / Specialist - Wet Chemistry Analysis

Job Summary:

We are seeking an analytical chemist with experience in performing wet chemistry analysis of inorganic substances (sulphates, nitrates, nitrites, phosphates, silicates etc) in water samples, preferably at a commercial testing laboratory. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting analytical testing and interpreting results for a variety of water samples.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine and non-routine analysis of water samples using wet chemistry methods.
  • Operate and maintain Automated Wet Chemistry analytical instrumentation.
  • Prepare reagents, standards, and calibration solutions.
  • Interpret and analyze data using statistical software.
  • Ensure accuracy, precision, and quality of results by following established procedures and protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on analytical results.
  • Collaborate with other team members and provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders. Conduct demonstrations of products.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in chemistry, analytical chemistry, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in wet chemistry analysis of inorganic substances in water preferably at a commercial analysis laboratory.
  • Strong knowledge of analytical techniques and instrumentation.
  • Proficient in statistical software and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of laboratory safety and environmental regulations.

Job Title: Senior Analytical Chemist / Specialist - Near Infrared (NIR) Analysis and Training

Job Summary:

We are seeking an analytical chemist to conduct near infrared (NIR) analysis on food products and provide training and support to customers in the use of NIR technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting demonstrations and training sessions on the use of NIR technology and interpreting results for food products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct NIR analysis on food products using established procedures and protocols.
  • Operate and maintain NIR instrumentation and software.
  • Interpret and analyze data using statistical software.
  • Provide technical support to internal and external customers in the use of NIR technology.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide technical expertise and support to customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing technical expertise and support.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in analytical chemistry, food science, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in NIR analysis of food products.
  • Good knowledge of analytical techniques and instrumentation, particularly NIR.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality regulations.

Job Title: Sales Head - Analytical Chemistry Instruments

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sales Leader to lead our sales team and drive sales growth of our analytical chemistry instruments. The successful candidate will be initially given charge of 2 out of our 4 Sales Zones and will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and building and maintaining relationships with customers.

Based in Mumbai head office but will be expected to travel 2 weeks per month for close contact with customers and sales team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, including forecasts, budgets, and KPIs, to executive team.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows, building the company's brand and networking with customers and partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for new product lines .
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in chemistry or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in sales of analytical chemistry instruments, with 3+ years in a sales leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of analytical chemistry instruments and related industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and techniques.
